Golf Courses and Golf Course Communities

If golf is your game it's likely that you already know that North Carolina has it all! Climate to play almost year round, private and public courses galore, and some wonderful golf course communities to spend your days surrounded by your lifetime hobby!

Listed below you will find brief information on some of the most popular Golf Course Communities, with home price ranges. At the bottom of this page are some of the websites to help you find more course information. So make yourself at home and save some of these links as your 'Favorites'.

Homes range from the mid $200,000 to the $600,000 and are in a well established community. However, there are few that come on the market and are, therefore, hard to find.

$37 (Sat-Sun) 6,505 yards from back tees. Convenient location and affordable price make the course popular.

1250 Heritage Club Ave, Wake Forest - 919-453-2020 Fees $49 (Mon-Thurs), $62 (Fri-Sun) 6,929 yards from back tees. This course has a rolling layout with elevation changes and is carved out of pine trees on an old dairy farm.

Homes range from golf course townhomes in the mid to high $100,000 price range, to detached homes from $250,000 to high $400,000. A new community is being developed on the high end, built by Homes by Dickerson, that will range between $600,000 and $1,000,000 plus. Most definitely an 'up and coming' area with marvellous golf to boot!
